TERMS OF
SERVICE

The rules for buying and using HANDLE IT!™ playbooks.

Last updated: September 2026

1. Who you are dealing with

HANDLE IT!™ is a brand operated by Nijdeken Consultancy B.V., registered address: Marezatenstraat 4, 7312 TK Apeldoorn, The Netherlands. Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 08226153. VAT identification number: NL822428829B01. These terms apply to this website and to the digital products sold through it.

2. What we sell

HANDLE IT!™ playbooks are digital products (PDF playbooks and accompanying bonus resources). They are practical guidance materials. They are not legal, medical, psychological or financial advice, and no particular result is promised.

3. Payment and Merchant of Record

Purchases are processed through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for those transactions. This means Paddle is the seller of record for the payment, handles the checkout, billing and applicable transaction taxes, and issues the payment documentation. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment itself. Nijdeken Consultancy B.V. remains responsible for the product and for customer support.

4. Delivery and access

Delivery is digital and immediate. After a completed payment you receive a confirmation email with a link to a secure access page for the product(s) you bought. Downloads are served through short-lived signed links. Keep your access link private; anyone with it can reach your product.

5. Licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials you bought for your own personal or internal professional use. You may print a copy for yourself.

6. What you may not do

  • Resell, sublicense, rent or distribute the materials.
  • Share, upload or republish the files publicly or within a group or organisation.
  • Remove branding, or present the content as your own.
  • Use the materials to build a competing product or training offer.

All content, text, design and trademarks remain the property of Nijdeken Consultancy B.V. Serious or repeated breach may end your access.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site and access pages available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may update, improve or replace product versions and resources over time.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and nothing here affects your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Support

For anything to do with your order, access or the product, contact support@handleitplaybooks.com. Payment, billing and invoicing questions may be referred to Paddle as Merchant of Record.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in.
